Sustainable Style For Men – Business Attire

Kira Simpson

The ethical fashion movement is growing with women’s clothing at the forefront.

Trying to purchase mindfully and finding an ethically made outfit for myself has it’s challenges, but it’s not impossible.

Finding men’s fashion, is not so easy.

I do all the clothes shopping in our house, so when Dave left the army to join the corporate world, finding business attire that met my values proved to be quite difficult.

There we’re of course a few requirements, but nothing over the top. They had to be comfortable, well fitted and breathable as we live in Queensland.

Fast forward a year and I’m still looking for sustainably made pants and shoes but, I did come across bamboo business shirts from Australian ethical menswear brand Cash Berry.

Fortunately, Dave loves them and says the best part about these shirts is they take half the time to iron than his cotton ones.

Winning!
