I’m launching a sustainable living course!! I’ve been holding this one in for months now while I work on it behind the scenes and I’ve been bursting to tell you!
After sitting on this idea for TWO YEARS I finally decided to finally bite the bullet, let go of all those doubts, and actually launch a sustainable living course.
I’m sharing seven years’ worth of knowledge (and failures), all my tips, in one easy to access place, showing you how you can have an impact through your own small daily actions, and be part of the bigger environmental movement.
One thing i’ve learnt is when it comes to living more sustainably, knowing where to start is often the hardest part, and I’m here to help you with that.
With my course, I will arm you with all the knowledge you need – minus the overwhelm – to help you feel empowered to live more sustainably in a way that works for you and your family.
This course shares:
- Easy to implement, practical tips and guides to help you start making lifestyle choices that are kinder to the planet
- A tonne of information on ways you can make sustainable swaps in your everyday life without sacrificing the things you love
- Step by step guides full of positivity and motivation to help you start and keep taking those steps towards living a low-waste life
- The blueprint for a greener lifestyle that will save you money and time and serve you for the rest of your life
- The knowledge that you’re helping to create a better world for you and everyone who shares this beautiful planet we call home
Over 6 self-paced modules, this course will teach you the foundations of living a low impact lifestyle covering:
- Being a conscious consumer and taking those first steps towards living more sustainably.
- The rubbish audit – discovering what waste you produce and finding package free alternatives.
- Reusables – ways to reduce plastic and making low-waste swaps in every room of your home.
- Recycling guides – how to recycle, what to do with those things you don’t how to dispose of, and deciphering those tricky package labels like biodegradable and compostable.
- The impact of our food choices – what we eat, where it comes from, and wasting less. Sharing tips for plant-based eating, reducing food waste, growing your own food, and how and where to shop.
- Climate change and how we can all contribute to the bigger picture.
Our choices have the power to create the kind of world we want to live in. You just need to start somewhere. Are you in?
