Tucked into Sydney’s Inner West, The Social Outfit isn’t your average label. Yes, they make bold, joy-filled clothes. But they also provide jobs and training for refugee and new migrant women, right there in their Marrickville studio.

Everything is made from donated and deadstock fabrics, so no two collections are the same. One month, it’s tailored blazers in painterly prints, and the next, it’s scrunchies made from offcuts.

They keep things small, local, and circular, and every purchase helps keep meaningful jobs in the community.
