Good news, indoor plants don’t just look nice, they bring a host of health benefits too!
Plants remove volatile compounds from the air including ozone and carbon dioxide, turning CO2 into oxygen, improving indoor air quality.
Plus they’re mood boosters, plants confer positive changes in the brain’s electrical activity, muscle tension, and heart activity.
They also help increase energy levels and work performance due to the positive state of mind they induce simply by being in the same room.
So far so good right? But, what if you’re lacking in the green thumb department?
If you’re the type of person who only has to look at a plant to kill it, these are the plants for you.
