Plant-based diets are on the rise, and there are now so many names to describe the different eating choices, it’s easy to get lost.
Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, veganish, reducetarian, imperfect vegan, flexitarian, a level five vegan who won’t eat anything that casts a shadow. I thought I’d heard it all.
But now, it has come to my attention that there is a new diet in town.
