A Guide to the Ethical & Sustainable Black Friday, Cyber Monday, & Green Weekend Sales for 2019

Previous years I’ve boycotted the weekend but, due to an influx of emails and messages from you guys last year, this year I decided I would create a guide to all the ethical and sustainable sales for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday and Green Weekend 2019.
I get that this insane weekend of sales is geared towards complete mindless consumerism which I 100% don’t support. The fact is if something is ethically and sustainably made, it’s not going to be cheap. For many of us, myself included, sales are a time when you can invest in the higher-priced items you need without sending yourself broke.

So to me, this weekend is good for these reasons:
- It’s a great time to invest in those higher-priced items you need without breaking the bank
- It’s an opportunity to buy from and support a small brand who rarely if ever goes on sale
- It’s a time to shop with small businesses who always need our support
- It’s a chance to buy Christmas or holiday gifts without sending yourself broke
As always shop mindfully, invest in quality, don’t just buy something because it’s on sale, and make sure you love and wear it to death.
